Dear Friends,

 

    Unfortunately, I write to inform you that Payton’s Closet has closed its doors. I find that this depressed economy has taken its toll on sales volume and profit margins. “Boutiques” are simply unable to compete with “chain” stores in this tight economy.

    Businesses are built on relationships as much as quality products and services. I have been very blessed with people like you that have made this business venture enjoyable even during the ups and downs. I cannot thank you enough for your support and friendship for the past 8.5 years! I am pleased to inform you that some of our best lines are now going to be available at POPPIES, including our HAIRBOWS!!! Poppies’ is located in Birkdale Village and has a wonderful selection of merchandise. Also, some of our remaining inventory will be available at The Whimsical Wardrobe, located at exit 28 in Cornelius.

    Personally, I am moving forward by taking time to enjoy my family. I wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season and I will remain in touch with any future endeavors.
